Season 2 is still in full flow, but it’s only a few months until the start of season 23/24, so preparations are also full steam ahead for our third season. This is part 2 of 5 announcements that will be released over the coming weeks to reveal what season 3 has in store for you!
You have already seen that next year, we are extending our pyramid with a Le Mans Cup-alike single-driver series: the Global Endurance Cup. Now, allow me to talk you through the different classes and cars we will be using for season 3.
Global Endurance Cup
To start off with our newest tier, the prototype class will be LMP3, using the official DLC: the Ligier and Norma.
The GT class will consist of the free GT4 cars. Along with the currently available Porsche Cayman GT4, we will also use the announced Toyota Supra (made by Frederick and April on behalf of ASMG). Frederick is also working on the BMW M4 GT4 and if that gets released in time, we will include that car as well.

Global Endurance Series & Academy

LMP1
In the Global Endurance Series, our own LMP1 cars will return for one more season, before we make the switch to hypercars. All 4 LMP1 cars will make their return next season and if we have the time and documentation for it, we are planning to update the Toyota with a deployable hybrid system ahead of season 3.
LMP2
In both the GES and GEA, we will hopefully see the Ligier JS P217 return as Studio 397 are allegedly planning an update with the new Goodyear tyres and a proper Balance of Performance soon™. If, for some reason, this update gets delayed or cancelled, we will only use the Oreca 07 again.
GT3
While we’re a little late with our switch of the top class, we are going to be ahead of real world endurance racing when it comes to the GT class. While we can admire the GTE machinery for one more season in WEC, we are already moving ahead and replacing GTE with GT3 in season 3. For server stability reasons, we are making 8 out of the current 13 GT3 cars available:
- Aston Martin Vantage GT3
- Audi R8 LMS GT3 (2019)
- Bentley Continental GT3 (2020)
- BMW M4 GT3
- Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo
- McLaren 720s GT3
- Mercedes AMG GT3
- Porsche 911 GT3 R
This list may change if new GT3 cars become available ahead of season 3.
