Explanation:
Car #33 tries to overtake car #313 into Turn 27 (karting) and makes contact sending car #313 into the barrier. The #313 did not make any unpredictable move from the racing line and the #33 tried to come across to take the corner while the #313 was still there. Having just had a warning for not lapping traffic safely, and for the collision to be reckless, avoidable and minor, a 30s Stop Go is given.
