Explanation:
LMP2 #44 overtook GT3 #87 around the outside in turn 3. Car #44 failed to do this safely, collecting car #87 and causing both cars to spin. Car #44 took the turn too tight, not taking the trajectory of the GT3 car into account. There was plenty of space for the LMP2 on the outside, where many other prototypes overtook slower cars here successfully by hugging the white line.
Not reckless and a minor incident, thus the equivalent of a drivethrough penalty is imposed.
